The medallion has been found by Becky Tuttle Ledford!
The first clue “where past and present meet” should’ve led you to Main Street. If you were really thinking, the first line “every town has a spine” would lead you to the library- the building with the most “spines”.
Clue #2 - If clue number didn’t get you to the library, the next clue might have- the “building tells the tale”. The library holds lots of “tales”. The back door of the library is seldom used -the “side few will enter”.
The medallion was hidden just behind the piece of blue tin covering the crawl space.
