Bitterroot Arts for Autism Mission Statement
Bitterroot Arts for Autism will strive to provide education and socialization through the exploration of many arts, including music, dance, creative movement, yoga and a variety of art classes for local children living on the autism spectrum; further, to provide support and education to the parents and families of children with autism in order to maximize the success of the program for all involved.

Acceptance means recognizing that not every autistic person experiences the world the same way.

Adaptation means creating environments where people can succeed without having to change who they are.

Advocacy means speaking up for understanding, inclusion, and respect.

Three simple words.

We are extremely grateful and honored to be chosen for this grant to support our programs! THANK YOU Farmers State Bank and FHLB of Des Moines!!! 🙏🙏🙏 it’s opportunities like this, that keep our classes going strong! Last year we offered 274 FREE CLASSES TO ALL ABILITIES IN OUR COMMUNITY. This year we are shooting for 300 classes! 🤩

Farmers State Bank is honored to partner with Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines in presenting a Member Impact Fund grant of $17,148 to Heartism of Hamilton. Congratulations! This is grant 8 of 8 for a total of $188,296 awarded in the communities we serve.
