Heat Pump Water Heaters are a great option to consider! Super efficient, powerful, and they dehumidify your basement. Plus there are big rebates and tax credits! HW resident Greg Horner shared these photos from his new installation, and offered to share his experience with anyone in town who wants to know more.

Hamilton resident took delivery of a heat pump water heater and got a $750 instant rebate at Home Depot via mass saves! Think about this technology when it’s time for a new water heater. The Ipswich Climate Resiliency Committee is hosting a free screening of the documentary film, Inundation District, on May 20 at the Ipswich High School Performing Arts Center, from 7-8:30 pm. The film's director will be attending, and will take questions from the audience after the film.

This feature-length film explores the implications of one city’s decision to ignore the threats posed by climate change and spend billions of dollars building a new waterfront district — on landfill, at sea level, and in the bullseye of rising seas.

While this documentary focuses on the Boston Seaport District, the threat of climate change and sea level rise is relevant to all coastal communities.
