Special shout out goes to our dedicated friends and supporters, amazing volunteers, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton for hosting the event, and Mercer County Executive Dan Benson who attend the event and addressed the crowd. Hamilton area children gathered at the John O. Wilson Center this past Saturday to learn all about birds, their feathers, and how they survive in the wild with the help of the Mercer County Park Commission Tulpehaking Nature Center. The interactive "Birds of a Feather, Flock Together" program featured hands-on demonstrations, a craft to build your own bird feeder, light refreshments, and a nature-themed gift bag. Special thanks to all who attended and representatives of the Tulpehaking Nature Center!
