Catty Shack Fundraiser: Pressed Floral Cat Frames

Come in any time between 11:00am and 4:00pm
$40 per frame
Join us for a relaxed studio fundraiser supporting Catty Shack IL, a local 501(c)(3) feline rescue and sanctuary in Hamel, Illinois.
Catty Shack helps stray, abused, and abandoned cats by providing care, spay and neuter support, rehabilitation, and help finding loving permanent homes.
We’ve adopted two of our own cats from Catty Shack, so this rescue is close to our hearts. We’ve always been impressed by the care they give the cats, the cleanliness of the shelter, and the work that goes into helping each cat find the right home.
For this fundraiser, you’ll create a pressed floral cat silhouette inside a beautiful metal dual pane hanging frame. These are quality glass frames that lock your flowers in place, so your finished piece can hang in a window, on a wall, or anywhere that could use a little color.
We’ll have lots of pressed flowers and greenery to choose from, so every frame will turn out different. This project is great for any experience level, and you’ll leave with your finished frame the same day.
Once you’re registered, you can come in any time between 11:00am and 4:00pm to make your project. You don’t need to arrive right at 11:00.
Can’t make the date? You can still register. We’ll prepare a take home kit for you to pick up after the event, so you can make your frame at home and still support Catty Shack.
Proceeds will be donated to Catty Shack.
