Delaware Opportunities Inc. Head Start will be at Franklin’s 1st Harvest & Heritage Festival today, Saturday, October 17, from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM!

Head Start is still accepting applications for the 2026–2027 school year. With eight convenient locations throughout Delaware County, Head Start offers a preschool program for children ages 3–5.

You may qualify for FREE transportation assistance through the Social Care Network (SCN) to help you get to:

- Grocery stores, farmers markets, food pantries, or soup kitchens
- SNAP, WIC, or TANF appointments
- Housing appointments
- Job centers or job training programs
- Court, probation, or parole appointments
- Pre-licensing courses, road tests, or driving tests
- Parenting or childcare classes
- Safety supports
- Harm reduction services

These services will not affect your existing Medicaid benefits. Eligibility requirements apply.
