National Drug and Alcohol Facts Week (NDAFW) is happening right now—March 17-23! This week is about starting real conversations and giving teens the knowledge they need to make informed choices about drugs and alcohol.

Addiction does not discriminate—it can affect anyone, regardless of age, background, or circumstances. That’s why education, awareness, and support are so important. By sharing facts, breaking the stigma, and offering resources, we can help prevent substance use and support those on the path to recovery. At the Hilary Grace Foundation, we’re committed to this mission through education, advocacy, and Hilary’s House—a safe space for patients and families facing addiction. Mental Health Day ! Everyone either deals with mental health issues or knows someone who does. Today take time to listen to your own needs , to a friend who needs to talk. Practice mindfulness, be present in what you are doing, or check on a loved one. Many at minimum are struggling with some degree of stress. Empathy can go a long way.
