Heads up, Three Strands fam!

We will be closed this Saturday, April 25th as our team and volunteers will be out supporting the Spring Chicken 5K in town 🏃‍♀️🐔

It’s not too late to participate! You can still register the day of—registration opens at 8:00 AM and the 5K kicks off at 9:30 AM.

Thanks so much for your understanding—we love being part of this amazing community and hope to see some of you out there on Saturday!

We’ve added a Peloton bike to our equipment lineup—come check it out! All you have to do is select the Three Strands profile and you’re ready to ride.

Whether you’re new to cycling or already love it, this is a great way to mix up your workouts. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions—we’re happy to help you get started!
