I'm giving my review of a slumlord well technically he's not even a slumlord or even a landlord his name is Darrell brocker he's a so call landlord so beware everybody in Hallettsville Texas he rents houses making you think he's a landlord the house he rents are not even on any of his property there on his daughters property Brittany brockers so he is not a landlord cuz he does not even own any property or any houses not even the house is your so-called rent from him so he don't fix anything nor will his daughter if you ask his daughter to do anything about it she would say she has nothing to do with it. Mr. Brocker has molded mildewed homes roofs caving in I was a tenant that paid my rent every month. I always payed my rent on time this man had mold and mildew he painted over so people can move in the roof was already caving in because of the bad weather or whatever else reason that he never fixed why we were living there with our brand new furniture that we were renting from Aaron's to rent to own it started pouring down and started leaking all over our bed the mold and mildew started coming through our house through the roof I want to notify the landlord at 7 a.m. and he refused to do anything about it even before rent was due he asked me to pay rent and then he would fix it while I'm not going to pay rent if rent is not due so anybody in Hallettsville Texas watch out he don't do it to you just be careful don't go into a mold and mildew home be safe this is my rating on this home there is a zero rating the worst landlord you don't want to be around this person with all the drama that he deals with not good person to be around the mold and mildew in the home is a red home at 3366 highway 90 A East Hallettsville Texas just be careful

Brookshire Brothers #74 Hallettsville Texas went in yesterday and this is what I seen open bags the tape don't stick and leaves the food open for bugs and just to say how unsanitary this is I posted this on the website and they won't let it go on the Facebook website so I'm posting this on my pay it forward Hallettsville Texas I think Hallettsville Texas needs to know what's going on cuz I know that there's another way around something that they could do with the food bags I know one of the workers is already asked and stride to make comments and do something about it

Sorry I have not been posting much dealing with my own health issues and it's not even covet 19 other major health issues that I have to live with and other health issues I've been living with one thing I know for sure I pray to God and I praise through it God will get me through it and I know I will go to heaven so God bless us all and God bless you
