📣 HYFA Merchandise Sales Information – Plan Ahead! 🏈

HYFA families and supporters,

We are sharing our merchandise sales information early so that everyone has plenty of time to review the items being offered and decide what they would like to purchase before ordering begins.

📅 Parent Meeting: July 21
📅 Ordering Deadline: July 28

Because there will be a quick turnaround between the parent meeting and the ordering deadline, we wanted to give parents an opportunity to look over the merchandise options in advance and plan accordingly.

📄 For Parents Submitting Orders-
Paper order forms will be distributed at the parent meeting on July 21 and can be returned at any practice between July 21-28. We will accept payments through CashApp, check, or cash from parents at practice.

We also want our community members to know that all supporters of HYFA are welcome to place orders as well! If you see something you'd like to purchase, we'd love to have your support.

Payments may be sent through Cash App. Please include the following in the notes section: "Shirt order for [Name]" This will help us accurately match payments with the correct order forms.

TODAY is the final fitting and registration deadline for the 2026 season. You MUST have your child fitted today for uniforms and equipment if s/he has not already been fitted. Failure to be fitted today will forfeit your registration! We will be at the Youth Center from 5:30-7:30 this evening.

Tomorrow is the FINAL day to register for the 2026 season. It is also the final fitting for uniforms and equipment. If you did not attend the first fitting, please come to the Youth Center from 5:30-7:30 pm TOMORROW to have your child fitted. Failure to have your child fitted will forfeit your registration.

‼️The CRVYFL voted to reduce our regular season to 9 games last weekend. ‼️

We are looking forward to a fun football and cheer season this fall! Practices will start in July, and games will likely start in August. The schedule will be posted as soon as it is made available to us.

Please be VERY clear that we will NOT have late registration this year. Registration is OVER after May 12. Register online, and come see us May 12 from 5:30-7:30 to be fitted. We will have paper registration forms on hand at the Youth Center if you prefer registering in person. If you forget to have your child fitted, you will forfeit your registration fee. If you forget to pay by the 12th, your child may not have a spot on the team.
