This is the time to raise awareness of those living with mental or behavioral health issues and to help reduce the stigma.

The MFBF Team at FLHS invites you to tied with mental health disorders by making an impact and sharing your story to inspire those who might be experiencing the same situation.

Keep in mind that May as a Mental Health Awareness Month does not only associate with disabilities. Anxiety, depression, bipolar, dementia, attention-deficit, schizophrenia, OCD, and many other mental disorders also matter. It is important to take a moment a day and focus on yourself. Don’t be afraid to be who you are and share your story.💚

We would like to give back to our community and to make everyone smile during these wonderful times.
The drive will take place from November 30th through December 11th.
We will have 3 different locations and we are accepting all toy donations.
This year, you will also have a chance to donate from home to help others, you just need to scan the QR code or visit our website.
