We represent a collaboration between individual volunteers and organizations to enhance the general health of our community by sharing the harvest with others, enabling them to enjoy fresh, wholesome food and by providing opportunities to learn about general health and well-being.

While we have a lot of exciting things happening at the garden, it is also time to clean out the lower garden!

This Friday, September 11th, we will meet at the garden at 4:00pm to clean out and prepare for planting of the fall salad patch!

💚 EXCITING THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT HEALTHY HARVEST! 💚

We are incredibly excited and grateful to share that our hometown Lowe’s #1760 has selected Healthy Harvest Community Garden for a 2026 Lowe’s Hometowns Project! 🌱🏡

The Lowe’s team will be helping us make some much-needed improvements to our space, including painting, bathroom upgrades, new lighting, blinds, kitchen improvements, new floor vents, deck painting and more!

These improvements are about so much more than a building. They will help us create a safer, more welcoming and functional space where we can continue growing fresh food, providing produce to our neighbors, offering educational opportunities, and bringing our community together.

We are especially proud that this project is being supported by our local Lowe’s team — neighbors helping neighbors and investing right here in our community. 💙💚

A HUGE thank you to Lowe’s #1760 and everyone involved in making this project possible. We can’t wait to share the progress and show you the transformation!
