What an amazing day at the Jayden C. Shadle Memorial Fishing Derby!
Today, we came together to honor Jayden’s memory and share his love of fishing with the next generation—and what a beautiful turnout it was. From the smiles on the kids' faces to the excitement by the water, it was clear Jayden’s spirit was with us all day.
A huge thank you to:
* Spikefish Catering for the incredible food that kept everyone fueled and happy
* MI for their generous sponsorship and support
* Our incredible volunteers, who kept everything running smoothly
* And all of our donors, whose kindness made this event possible
We’re so grateful to everyone who showed up, lent a hand, or gave from the heart. You helped turn this day into something truly special.

Reminder: Tomorrow is the Big Day!
The Fishing Derby kicks off tomorrow—fishing starts at 9:00 AM, so be sure to arrive early for registration. Don’t forget to bring your gear and your excitement!
Please remember: all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The creek is currently high, so please use extra caution near the water.
We’ll also have a few extra fishing rods available for the kids if needed. Let’s make it a fun and safe day for everyone!

If you ordered merch from Multiply Ink and chose to have it shipped to you, you will not receive it prior to the derby. If you want it for the event please call them and ask to have it placed with our bulk order and you can pick it up at the derby. So sorry for the inconvenience!!! This is not how it was handled prior years.
