Thank you to everyone who attended the Northeastern Michigan Board's Christmas Party/Installation of 2025 Board Officers and Directors. The event was held at Buck's Country Cookin' Banquet Hall in West Branch. A special thank you to Chris Germain, 2025 Michigan Realtors President, who conducted the installation and to Melissa Hager, the comedian and entertainment for the evening. We also collected more diapers for the area baby pantries so thank you to those that donated those as well. Congratulations to Ric Braun for serving as President in 2024, nominated as the Board's Realtor of the Year for 2024 and installed for President in 2025!

Ric Braun, broker of Scofield Real Estate, is recognized as the Northeastern Michigan Board's 2024 Realtor of the Year. Ric was honored at the Michigan Realtors Convention that took place on September 25-27, 2024, at the Soaring Eagle Casino. The nominees were recognized on stage at the opening ceremony held on September 25th. Ric is currently serving as the 2024 Board President and has served on the board of directors and committees for many years. Congratulations and thank you Ric for your commitment of time to the Board and the industry. The Northeastern Michigan Board serves the Realtors in Arenac, Iosco, Ogemaw counties and surrounding areas.
