We’ve been incredibly fortunate to have members of the Blaine County EMS Outreach team alongside us on this trip 💛

Their dedication and skill have made a meaningful impact, not only at the hospital, but especially in the NICU, where their care and expertise have supported some of the most vulnerable patients.

It’s inspiring to witness professionals from different fields come together with a shared purpose: to serve, support, and make a difference.

We’re so grateful to have them as part of this journey.

Access to dental care continues to be an important part of overall health and well-being, and we’re looking forward to returning to Tanzania this week to help provide essential dental services.

Dr. Tom Dance founded Dance Dentistry for Kids in 2008, driven by a passion for pediatric dentistry and serving children through compassionate, specialized care. After discovering his love for working with kids while attending the University of Washington Dental School, he went on to complete a residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Primary Children’s Medical Center.

Known for his commitment to excellence, Dr. Dance graduated with honors from Brigham Young University and finished fourth in his dental school class. Since establishing his practice in North Idaho, he has dedicated his career to creating positive dental experiences for children and advancing pediatric oral health in his community.

Joining Dr. Dance on this year’s trip is his son, Cameron, who speaks the local language and will play an important role helping with translation and communication throughout the outreach efforts.

The foundation is excited to welcome Dr. Dance and Cameron to Tanzania and grateful for the expertise, compassion, and support they will bring to the team and the communities we serve.
