Life can feel heavy sometimes, and every one of us knows what it is like to struggle, feel overwhelmed, or support someone we love through a hard season. The way we talk about emotional well-being matters. Compassion, honesty, and connection can make it easier for people to feel seen, supported, and less alone. Learn more about the facts:

Youth mental health isn't a solo mission—it’s a shared responsibility. 🤝

Young people thrive when they have support early in life. We are proud to partner with The Space & The Sage School to ensure our teens have the tools, the leadership, and the physical space to connect.

Through the Teen-Led Events Grant Program, teens aren’t just attending events—they’re creating them.

Lead: Build real-world leadership skills.

Connect: Find your community in a safe, supportive space.

Earn: Get paid for your creativity and hard work.

Let’s invest in our youth today for a healthier tomorrow. 💚

During Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week, we want to highlight the incredible resources available through our partners at St. Luke’s Center for Community Health.

Whether you’re looking for community, education, or peace of mind, St. Luke’s in Hailey is here to support you..

New Mom’s Group
Connecting with others is one of the best things you can do for your mental health. Join a community of peers to share stories, ask questions, and find reassurance.
When: Every Thursday | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Bonus: A lactation educator facilitates every meeting, and baby weigh-ins are available!

Childbirth Education
Reduce the "unknowns" of labor and delivery with this 4-week course designed to prepare you and your partner physically and emotionally.
Starts: Wednesday, May 13th
What to expect: Practice breathing and relaxation techniques, learn about pain management, and prepare for the transition to parenthood.

Car Seat Checks
Did you know 9 out of 10 car seats are used incorrectly? Let the experts take that stress off your plate.
Service: Certified technicians will evaluate your seat for proper installation and safety.
Support: If you cannot afford a car seat, St. Luke’s can provide one to ensure your "treasured cargo" is safe.

We asked our leadership team at TogetherWe: What’s your go-to for supporting mental well-being?

Jessica Obenauf, our Communications and Operations Coordinator, shared:

Life can be challenging, and when we feel seen and secure in our community, we find the courage to be vulnerable and share what’s actually happening in our lives. Building a community where vulnerability isn't just accepted but welcomed, I believe, is the first step toward well-being.
