National League of Junior Cotillions Greater Hahira Chapter

We’ve received inquiries into a 2024-2025 cotillion season. As of right now, there are no plans for cotillion classes this school year. The director of our chapter, Dr. Christie Bassett, is relocating with her military family.

However, we would love for an enthusiastic and organized individual to lead our wonderful students. If you or someone you know is interested in taking over as cotillion director, please reach out!

Of course we didn’t just dance yesterday, we “entered into the spirit of the party” with games, too! Head, Shoulders, Knees, Cup! And Hot Shamrock (St. Patty’s version of Hot Potato) were hilarious fun! 🍀

Recognizing these students’ dedication to becoming the best versions of themselves through good manners, great character, and pushing themselves outside of their comfort zone was an honor. I hope they cherish the memories of this season as much as I have as thier cotillion director!

We are so proud of Drew, Jackson, Sawyer, Crawford, & Rory! They participated in the Georgia Technology Student Association state competition this week and came home big winners. These young gentlemen always represent their community well and we know their great manners are with them at school, home, cotillion, and state competitions!

Last month, Year II students participated in a 5-course instructional dinner at Hahira’s beautiful A+B, etc. The food was fantastic and the students’ manners were impressive. We are fortunate to have a great restaurant and incredible young people in Hahira!
