We're looking for local businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, faith-based groups, and educators who are passionate about supporting and empowering the next generation of leaders.

As a Partner Group member, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate, mentor, and make a lasting impact on the lives of local youth.

📣The Hagerstown Youth Council is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 Partner Group!!📣

⭐️We are looking for 3-5 adults in the community to serve as mentors to the HYC!
⭐️Partner Group members must be affiliated with, employed by, or serve as a board member of one of the following groups:

- Non-profit with a mission/function related to youth development, education, wellness, or housing.
-Non-profit with a mission related to multiculturalism/broad perspective.
-Washington County Board of Education.

🔺Partner Grpup members should be prepared to attend Hagerstown Youth Council meetings every other Monday in th evening, as well participate in events and volunteer with activities throughout the session.

⚪️The Hagerstown Youth Council was established to give Hagerstown youth an opportunity to learn and participate in local government, events, and development leadership an teamwork skills.

If You:
⭐️Are a resident of the City of Hagerstown or attend a public/private school or homeschool and entering 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade.
⭐️Currently enrolled in either an accredited public or private high school or home school.
