Mark your calendars! The 3rd Annual Hub City Half will take place on Sunday, April 18, 2027 in Hagerstown, Maryland.

We are excited to share that the race will once again start and finish at Meritus Park, home of the Hagerstown Flying Boxcars.

Stay tuned for registration details, race updates, and more information coming soon. We can’t wait to see runners, spectators, volunteers, and community members come together for another great race day in Hub City!

Thank you Premier Spine and Sports Medicine for sharing your services with our runners!

Dr. Clark volunteered to hold the finish line tape for our race winner and passed out medals to our runners!

TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Hub City Half Marathon

On Sunday, March 29th, the Hub City Half Marathon will be held on streets in the City of Hagerstown and Washington County. The race will begin at Meritus Park, and will proceed south via Maryland Avenue to Marty Snook Park; the return leg will include a loop around City Park, and will end back at Meritus Park (see attached map).

A temporary street closure will be implemented on W. Baltimore Street between Summit Avenue and Potomac Street at the beginning of the race, and Antietam Street will be closed to traffic between Walnut Street and Rochester Place, The street closures will be implemented at 7:30 AM, and it is expected that the race will end by 11:00 AM. Motorists should be alert to runners along the race route.

Emergency vehicles will be able to pass through Antietam Street while the closure is in place.

Please contact the Department of Engineering & Permits at 301-739-8577, extension 125 if there are any questions regarding this advisory.
