We're excited to officially kick off the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 (OMOB) season and author tour with a virtual event featuring Lawrence Burney, author of this year’s title 𝘕𝘰 𝘚𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘞𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨! 📚 🎉

Burney will be in discussion with Maryland Humanities about what inspired him to write the book, the role of cultural criticism, and what he hopes readers can keep in mind as they join in the OMOB experience this fall.
