It was a GREAT weekend at the Kiwanis District Convention and our Key Clubbers got to come home with some bling✨

Four other officers received nominations: Isabella Ferretti (President), Harlee Gonzales (Vice President), Phoebe Matthews(Webmaster) and Rylee Armstrong (editor).

Two of our freshmen clubbers who were courageous enough to enter the essay contest, Emma Holloway and Ananya Misra, received awards for their essays -beating out many other contestants much older than them.🎉

Today for our weekly Kiwanis Club meeting we performed a Service Project by making no-sew blankets for Sleep in Heavenly Peace - MD, Hagerstown, Enhanced programs at Funkstown Elementary, and The Linus Project.

Below are some pictures of our Kiwanis members making these blankets that will go to children in need throughout Washington County through these three wonderful organizations!!

IT'S STICKY TIME AGAIN!! We are selling The World Famous Stickies. What are stickies? They are a cross between a cinnamon roll and sticky buns and delicious!

Don’t miss out on this once a year event that will raise money to support the children of Washington County through the many programs Kiwanis Club of Hagerstown provide throughout the year!

Stickies are $5 per box. Orders are due by February 5th and will arrive on February 19th. You can order directly from any Kiwanis member or respond to this post and someone will reach out to you.

We only do this once per year so stock up because they freeze well!!
