Starting as an entry-level associate, Omeika spent five years developing her leadership skills before stepping into a leadership role. Her journey eventually led her to entrepreneurship, where she launched her own faith-based planner business, Reigny Day Planner.

Along the way, Omeika experienced the frustration of being overlooked for positions she was qualified for. “During those times, I learned the importance of stepping back and letting God handle my battles,” Omeika shares. “God’s timing is perfect.”

Today, she encourages Christian women to trust God’s plan, embrace where He places them, and remember that their worth doesn’t decrease simply because others fail to recognize it.

Leadership gets complicated when people don't see things the way we do. Different personalities. Different communication styles. Different experiences. Different generations.

As Christian leaders, we're called to do more than simply get our way. We're called to listen, seek understanding, and respond gracefully.

Because sometimes leading well means navigating conflict and sometimes it means learning to lead across generations.

Both require wisdom, humility, and intentionality.
