Lions Fall Festival: A juried crafts show on Tanner Street with more than 50 vendors. Fall Festival provides an opportunity for Haddonfield’s many nonprofit and civic organizations to set up displays on the Kings Highway sidewalks to promote their activities and events, publicize their programs and services, recruit members, and sell merchandise on October 4.
Friends of the Library Book Sale, happening at Rising Sun Masonic Temple along with the Lions’ Fall Festival, on October 4.
Fire Prevention Night, hosted by Haddon Fire Co. #1, will be available to all at the Haddonfield Fire House on October 9.
Haunted Haddonfield Walking Tours: For over twenty years, the Historical Society of Haddonfield has led historic haunted walking tours through Haddonfield in October. These very popular walking tours are based on the books Haunted Haddonfield I & II, written by the late Bill Meehan. They start on October 10.
Volunteer of the Year 2025: Interfaith Caregiver’s Celebration of the 2025 Volunteer of the Year Carol Haddix. We will have heavy hors d'oeuvres, a carving station, pasta, and a cash bar.
Annual Flea Market at the Haddon Fortnightly: Antiques, collectibles, plants, baked goods, holiday items, electronics, and more, all flea market treasures at modest prices, October 18.
Haddonfield Day at the Dinosaur Park: The Rotary Club of Haddonfield Foundation is proud to announce Haddonfield Day at the Dinosaur Park, a special celebration of Haddonfield’s place in history as the Birthplace of Paleontology at the new Jean & Ric Edelman Fossil Park and Museum of Rowan University in Mantua, NJ, on October 18.
THE PRESERVING BLACK HADDONFIELD HISTORY PROJECT'S FALL HARVEST CELEBRATION-- Service at the last surviving African-American church in collaboration with Mt. Olivet Baptist Church and Fall Harvest Gospel Singalong at Library Point, October 19.
Also, THE PRESERVING BLACK HADDONFIELD HISTORY PROJECT'S America 250 in Color: With help from the Smithsonian Institution, The Preserving Black Haddonfield History Project has arranged for a Georgetown University scholar to keynote a forum and present information regarding the public discourse surrounding slavery and abolition during the Revolutionary period, on October 20.
Halloween Parade: the annual Costumed parade for Haddonfield families kicks off on Chestnut Street, October 30. All children will receive a Halloween trinket at the end of the parade.
