Cancer changes so much. And sometimes, comfort can be found in the simplest things like a warm breeze, sunshine on your face, or time spent outdoors surrounded by life and beauty. ☀️

We believe healing spaces matter. That’s why we create gardens filled with native plants, support pollinators, and embrace natural, low-maintenance landscapes that are healthier for both people and the environment. 🦋🌸

Less chemicals. Less upkeep. More moments of joy.

Because healing is about more than getting through hard days. It’s about creating space for hope, peace, and new growth. 💐✨

This Sunday, June 7th, honor your loved ones at our Tree of Hope event! In the Meditation Gardens of Collingswood we will be taking some time to think of our loved ones. Relaxing and enjoying nature is sometimes just what we need🌿

Why does Flower Power connect cancer support to nature? 🤔

Because cancer is hard. And, sometimes support and relief looks like sunshine on your face. Digging in the dirt. An outdoor space that lets you exhale and find peace during a difficult time. ☀️

Our organization believes in less chemicals. More butterflies. Less maintenance. More joy. By working with Mother Nature, using native plants, supporting pollinators, and creating green spaces that are healthier and easier to care for, Flower Power promotes well-being for people and the planet. 💐🌸

Because healing isn’t just about surviving. It’s about helping hope to grow. 🌿

What started as a simple idea is now blooming beautifully 🌱💐

Melissa’s garden came to life thanks to incredible volunteers who showed up ready to dig, plant, laugh, and love. Watching this space transform alongside Melissa’s joy was a powerful reminder of what community can do.

At Flower Power, we believe healing can grow in many forms, including flowers, fresh vegetables, and knowing you’re not alone.
Thank you to everyone who donated their time, energy, and heart to help us fight cancer one flower at a time 🌷power.inc

We wanted to give a big thank you to Charlie and Jack from Red Oak Permaculture. They were a major help making Melissa’s garden come to life! Jack, their owner, was unfortunately under the weather that day, but his hard work behind the scenes was a huge help!

Melissa’s garden is no longer just an idea; it’s real. Raised beds were built. Flowers and vegetables found new homes in the soil. And, most importantly, Melissa and her family got to witness something powerful: a community showing up with love.

Thank you.

Watching volunteers dig, plant, laugh, haul supplies, and work side-by-side all while Melissa delighted in the transformation, is exactly the kind of magic Flower Power hopes to grow in the garden. The kind that says, you are not alone in this.
We appreciate for donating your time and for the support of Flower Power’s mission to fight cancer one flower at a time.
With gratitude and dirt under our fingernails,
Donna Helmes

The rocks are officially planted!

The rock garden is now sprouting at the
Seeds of Hope Garden at their location in Voorhees, NJ.

Dozens of colorful rocks, each one carrying messages of hope and encouragement, were painted last winter by volunteers, community residents, and residents of at Echelon Lake

Cancer is hard, but sometimes support can show up as tiny painted rocks saying:

Keep going
You've got this
We care

Thank you to everyone who helped this project bloom!
