A couple of us on the Lane Changers Team attended the Hackensack City Council Open House regarding the upcoming completion of the 371 project, which will include Whipple, Lake Avenue and Murray on either side of 371.
It was a very interesting meeting. We learned a lot.
All of the people that registered to get weekly emails during the previous construction will be sent an update on what we learned. If anyone of you had not given us your email, you can still do it by sending your request in an email to:

They're going to get the construction done as quickly as possible. They're putting in sidewalks on the south side of these streets on the east side of 371. That will be great for people to navigate walking or using a scooter or wheelchair. There will also be decorative lampposts installed and we will be putting up more decorative banners.
