We will be having a public board meeting on Monday, June 12th, 6pm at the new community center board room. Dues will be collected at this meeting. We have some new things coming and we would love to share them with you.

Yesterday was a great day for the Hackberry Cemetery! Cameron LNG and Sempra partnered to do work at the cemetery to celebrate Earth Day. The project was postponed a couple of weeks ago due to the weather but I hope y'all will take the time to drive by and look at the hard work that was put in yesterday. Cameron LNG employees volunteered their time along side board members and Molly and Roger Richard. We were able to get 50 (FIFTY) crepe myrtle trees planted to line the road going into the cemetery. We also planted 4 big pots next to the pavilion. We are blessed that Stevie and Kayla chose our cemetery for their project. Words can never express our sincere gratitude!

REMINDER Public Cemetery Board meeting this evening 6 pm at New Community Center.

There will be a public cemetery board meeting on Tuesday, March 15th at 6 pm at the new community center board room. Membership dues will be due at this meeting. The yearly fee is $10 per person or we offer a lifetime membership for $100. Possible changes to some rules of the association will be discussed at this meeting. We will also be electing a new board member. Future projects we are looking at doing at the cemetery will also be discussed. Please plan on attending this meeting.

Please see below a copy of our bylaws ( #13) for the cemetery that says “Alcoholic Beverages on premises is strictly prohibited”

We are asking that if you have any on the premises could you please remove it within 14 days (September 29th) or we will remove them. Thank you!
