we back, hab 🫡

welcome to august! and sorry for the late post. here’s what we’ve got on the schedule this month.

we’re sticking with the greenway for now, though we are shifting our weekly runs to thursday nights!

and if simply joining us for a run isn’t delightful enough, we’re heading to Clarkesville Your Pie for a post run social on august 20 🍕 come join us for a jaunt and a slice!

hey hab! due to some scheduling conflicts, we’re having to cancel tonight’s run 😭

still get out there and move today if you can! just stay hydrated because it is approximately 900 degrees outside 🥵💧

we’ll get back after it next week! also, keep an eye out for some post run socials coming in august 👀

alright hab, we’re back! ⚡️

tomorrow we’re back on the greenway for an easy 45 minute jog. assuming the rain decides to cooperate, we’ll see y’all there. if the forecast takes a turn, we’ll keep everyone posted.
