Located in Gypsum, just 30 minutes from world class skiing in Vail and Beaver Creek, Stratton Flats is the perfect place to call home in the mountains. Stay in shape at the Gypsum Recreation Center, watch the kids enjoy the skate park, enjoy concerts at the outdoor amphitheater, and relax and beat the summer heat at the pool. There are two separate Associations that are c

harged with maintaining the common areas and enforcing the covenants of the community; the Master Association and the Townhome Association. The Master Association is responsible for providing a variety of services to the community including trash pickup, non-potable irrigation, snow plowing of streets and sidewalks, street maintenance, common area maintenance, maintenance of the front yards of the single family homes, covenant enforcement, and design review. The Townhome Association is responsible for maintaining the exterior of the townhomes units, as well as the common areas and front and back yards which surround the townhome units. 12th Night Tree Burning - NEW LOCATION - In 2023, the bonfire will be at Bull Pasture Park! Thursday, January 5th at 6pm. Christmas tree drop-off begins on Monday, December 26 at BULL PASTURE PARK, located at 7th & Wall St.

Reminder: For residents in the Town of Gypsum who operate Off-Highway Vehicles (OHV), the Gypsum Town Council passed an Ordinance in 2019 allowing limited travel of Off-Highway Vehicles (OHV) on Town streets and roads for purposes of getting to/from nearby recreational trails and amenities only.

Please review their website info (below) to better understand the rules and expectations around this privilege in the Town of Gypsum - Government.

NOTE: Deputies have contacted several OHV users and many JVs who are operating OHVs outside of the 'designated routes'.

⚠Warnings are given at first BUT citations can be expected if continued non-compliance!
