The first high school rodeo of the season is officially in the books!

What a great weekend to kick off the new season! We had a full weekend of competition, lots of great runs, and plenty of memories made! It was so good to see everyone back together and welcome our new members to the season!

A huge thank you to all of the contestants, families, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone who helped make the first rodeo of the year a success! The season is just getting started, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the season brings!

Individual pictures will be available for purchase after each event, but I also wanted to offer this bundle deal to families! There is no deadline for this bundle, feel free to message me if you have any questions!

The fall rodeo season is HERE! 🤠🍂

We’re kicking off the Michigan High School Rodeo Association season at Hidden R Arena in Sheridan, MI, August 22–23!

Here’s what the weekend looks like:

Friday:
6 PM — MiHSRA Fundraiser Barrel & Pole Jackpot

Saturday:
10:30–11 AM — Check In
12 PM — Slack
2:30–3 PM — Check In
3 PM — Contestant Meeting
5 PM — Performance

Sunday:
8 AM — Church
10 AM — Performance
Slack to follow

Michigans Girls Cutting Champion, Madison Hoard finished her senior year proudly advancing to the Finals and taking home 3rd in the Finals and in the World aboard A Reycy Chick!

Her mare, A Reycy Chick (Tootsie) was presented Cutting Horse of the Year!
