Gurnee Titans Weekly Recap
Our first full week of action is in the books, and the Titans are off to a strong start with a combined 11–6 record!
10U
Battled hard and had a great time competing in the Milk Jug Classic this weekend.
11U
Put together an impressive 3–1 record in a very competitive 14-team bracket at the GMB American Blue Rawlings Classic in Crystal Lake.
14U Blue
Earned an exciting 8–7 win in their home opener this past Wednesday and followed it up with a second-place finish at the Milk Jug Classic.
14U Red
Opened their season today and battled tough in a close 8–7 loss at Gompers Park.

Gurnee Titans Weekly Recap

Our 10U Titans battled through a challenging day, taking on not only the Libertyville Wildcats but also tough weather conditions and a last-minute field change. Their hard work paid off with an impressive 18–8 victory yesterday, improving their record to 3–0 on the season. Great job, Titans!

Our 14U Blue team unfortunately had their games postponed.

This Week’s Titans Schedule:
10U- Will head north to compete in the Milk Jug Classic in Pleasant Prairie next weekend.

11U- Opens their season as they travel west for the GMB American Blue Rawlings Classic Championship in Crystal Lake next weekend.

14U Blue- Has their home opener on Wednesday against Vernon Hills, with a 5:30 PM start. They will also head north to play in the Milk Jug Classic in Pleasant Prairie next weekend.

14U Red- Opens their season next Sunday as they travel to Gompers Park to face the Strikers, with a 5:45 PM first pitch.

Two of our GT teams have officially kicked off regular season play and they’re bringing the heat! 🔥
Our 10U Titans are off to a dominant start with a 21–8 opening win at Buffalo Grove, followed by an impressive 11–1 victory in their home opener against Lake Bluff. Huge congratulations to the players and coaches on an outstanding start!
Our 14U Blue Titans also opened strong, earning a 7–4 win on the road against the Grayslake Jr. Knights this past Sunday. Great job to the entire team and coaching staff!
Come out and support GT tomorrow at home:
⚾ 14U Blue hosts Lake County Stars for a doubleheader starting at 1 PM
⚾ 10U hosts the Libertyville Wildcats at 3:30 PM

Congratulations to our 14U GT team on winning the Primetime season ending tournament. Congratulations to Coach Dreckmann, his staff, players and families. Thank you for all the memories and dedication you’ve given GT all these years. We hope for all of your successes as you head up to HS. We are proud of you.
