The Pantry of Hope is the Marshall County Leadership Challenge Class of 2026 community project dedicated to helping fight food insecurity in Marshall County by providing accessible food resources to local individuals and families in need.

We are proud to honor our beneficiaries, Caring Heart Outreach and Marshall County Christian Services, for the incredible work they do to serve those in need throughout our community.

🚨 COMMUNITY CALL TO ACTION 🚨

We have an urgent goal — we need to raise $8,000 in the next two weeks.

This is a big push, and we can’t do it alone. Every share, every donation, and every conversation helps us get one step closer.

Through this project, permanent food donation boxes will be placed outside Foodland Grocery Store locations throughout Marshall County, making it easy for community members to give back while they shop. These boxes will provide a convenient way to donate nonperishable food items that will help support local families in need.

Welcome to the Pantry of Hope page!

Pantry of Hope is a community initiative created through the Marshall County Leadership Challenge Class of 2026 with a mission to expand access to food donations and support local families facing food insecurity.

Through this project, permanent food donation boxes will be placed outside Foodland Grocery Store locations throughout Marshall County, making it easy for community members to give back while they shop. These boxes will provide a convenient way to donate nonperishable food items that will help support local families in need.

Pantry of Hope is built on the belief that small acts of generosity can make a big difference. By working together, we can create a reliable and accessible way to provide food for those who need it most in our community.

We look forward to sharing more about this project and highlighting how Marshall County is coming together to make an impact. 💜

Don't forget! The Ribbon Cutting is this afternoon at 2:00 pm! 🥳

The community is invited to join the Marshall County Leadership Challenge Class of 2025 along with Honorable John M. Mastin, Circuit Judge, local officials, and supporters, as they celebrate the launch of this special project. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be followed by light refreshments and a chance to explore the new Comfort Cubby space within the courthouse. Comfort Cubby seeks to offer children a sense of hope and security by offering every child who visits the courthouses to leave with a small token of kindness.
