Join us on April 2nd for a luncheon that will challenge, inspire, and maybe even make you laugh a little!

The Marshall County Leadership Challenge Alumni Leadership Luncheon is back, and this year we are excited to welcome nationally recognized speaker Jody Fuller.

With this year’s theme, Leading Culture through Personal Responsibility, Jody will explore how the choices we make every day shape the culture of our workplaces, organizations, and communities.

Jody Fuller is not your typical leadership speaker. A former U.S. Army Major with 24 years of service and three deployments to Iraq, he brings real-world leadership experience to the stage, paired with clean humor and powerful storytelling. As a TEDx speaker, John Maxwell Leadership Speaker, and featured comedian on Dry Bar Comedy, Jody has a way of connecting that sticks long after the event ends.

From overcoming a lifelong stutter to becoming a sought-after speaker nationwide, his message is simple and impactful: if they are laughing, they are listening.

This luncheon brings together MCLC alumni, community leaders, and professionals from across Marshall County for meaningful connections, leadership growth, and practical takeaways you can use immediately. You do not have to be an MCLC alumni member to attend; all are welcome.

Seats are limited, and this is one you will not want to miss.

Get your tickets today and be part of the conversation shaping leadership in our community.

Every year, the class identifies a need in Marshall County and turns it into action. See how this year’s class is making an impact.

Welcome to the Pantry of Hope page!

Pantry of Hope is a community initiative created through the Marshall County Leadership Challenge Class of 2026 with a mission to expand access to food donations and support local families facing food insecurity.

Through this project, permanent food donation boxes will be placed outside Foodland Grocery Store locations throughout Marshall County, making it easy for community members to give back while they shop. These boxes will provide a convenient way to donate nonperishable food items that will help support local families in need.

Pantry of Hope is built on the belief that small acts of generosity can make a big difference. By working together, we can create a reliable and accessible way to provide food for those who need it most in our community.

We look forward to sharing more about this project and highlighting how Marshall County is coming together to make an impact. 💜
