Join us tomorrow on Music Rocks from 4-7pm for some afternoon trail work. We're building a short reroute, benching some off camber bits and cutting back the overgrowth. If driving, travel up Signal Peak Rd. from the Tomichi Heights neighborhood for 2.5 miles, turn right on BLM 3211b just before the saddle, and travel for another 0.9 miles on the steep, rutted road to the parking area. Better yet, pedal from town and come find us on the trail.

Crested Butte Development Team Community Short Track Race goes down tonight! Registration/Start/Finish are at CB Nordic with a spectator-friendly .75 mile lap and races for all ages. High-speed racing or social cruising, spandex or costumes, there’s an event for all. 5pm for push bikes, 6:25 for clunkers and costumes with a raffle for all participants post race. Ice cream on site from Chillberg, food from Mikey's Pizza Crested Butte, and support from making it all happen. cbshorttrack.com

The U.S. Forest Service - Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre & Gunnison National Forests (GMUG) will be moving into Stage 2 Fire Restrictions tomorrow, July 1st. Gunnison County entered Stage 2 fire restrictions earlier today. Restrictions include NO campfires or outdoor fires and NO fireworks. See the shared post below for full restrictions on GMUG Forest Service lands.

The Original Growler Saturday Classic 32-mile race is a success! An absolutely perfect day in Gunnison for racing. Cheers to trails, racers coming into town from all over and their familes/friends for supporting! More race action tomorrow, stay tuned!
