HARBOR POINT ACTIVITY LAST NIGHT

All, we have some teenagers/young adults that need to be located/and addressed!

Please advise your teens or friends that want to cause havoc to stay out of neighborhood yards that they don't belong in.

A group of 4 teens were milling around in a resident's yard/garage area between 2-2:15 a.m. this morning. This took place south of Bounding Main, on Anchor Lane.

The homeowner went out to check on what/who was making a ruckus, and as the intruder on the property ran within 2 ft of the homeowner in the dark, defensive measures were taken by the homeowner (no injuries).

One of the males was tall (around 6'), hoodie and long basketball shorts. He screamed after the homeowner too action and quickly ran to catch up with 3 other teenagers.

Thank you in advance for your help! This situation could have taken a turn for the worse!

Hey y’all, unfortunately we need to rehome Mak The Cat!! My mother-in-law has dementia and can’t care for him any longer. We are allergic which is sad. If you’d like to give him a loving home he is fixed and up to date on his shots. :)

HEY ALL!!!

The day has finally come for our Annual July 4th Parade!

Participants in the Parade:

Please begin lining up at the Harbor Point Park at 9:15 a.m.

Our Amazing Fire Department will take the lead behind the pace car, while our Outstanding Police Department will carry us by watching our SIX (did I get the right Chief Stephens LOL) - aka, they will bring up the rear and keep us safe!

We have beautiful vintage vehicles, some kiddos who are decking out their bikes and golf carts, along with many other folks participating on lawn mowers, and other means of transportation (including by foot)!

The Parade Route begins at the Harbor Point Park at 10 a.m. and will head North on Admiral, follow it around to Bay Court, go across Starboard, turn West on Skiff, and do the final leg across Jib and end up back at the park on Admiral!

Let's make this the best parade we've had so far! Last year we had over 200 spectators, let's double that this year! If you'd still like to jump into the parade as a participant, please show up at 9:15! We will make room. 🙂

Harbor Point Park

It saddens me to announce that we have had to criminally trespass multiple people this week from the park. This is something that goes on your record permanently.

If you simply remind yourself that if there is a lock on a gate or door that you have not paid for entry to, you are not allowed in there.

It is called trespassing… If you make it through the gate or the door (or in some other way) that is breaking and entering… There are consequences and those consequences will be enforced.

Please know that we have in park surveillance both by camera and human each and every day and night

To the individuals that jumped the fence at 4 AM this morning (Thursday 6/18) we have you on camera. We will be posting those videos to find out who you are and act accordingly with the local police.

Again, if you dont have paid access to the park, please do not enter.

Hey there-

Quick reminder- if you don’t live in Harbor Point and aren’t a paid POA Member please know the POA is not accessible to you.

If you jump the fence, enter the park from the water or somehow enter the park without being a paid member resident, you will receive a CTW! Please save yourself and the police the stress as well as us!

There will be zero tolerance! We have tried to be overly kind, but we can’t extend further grace.
