We are continuing to monitor the weather for this Friday evenings trunk or treat from 6-8pm. As we all know weather can change quickly around here so this will be a more of a last minute decision. We have a record amount of trunks scheduled and we are really hoping for the weather to clear up for Friday evening for all participants and families attending. If the weather is not looking good, our rain date is scheduled for Saturday from 6-8pm. We hope most of our trunks will still be able to attend.

Banquet Hall Rental Update: We are fully booked all Saturdays and Sundays through 2026. We only have weekdays available.

Thank you to our community for showing up yesterday! We were disappointed we had to cancel the picnic but we were still able to see so many familiar faces and meet some new ones! We are very grateful for those who came out to help prep and help serve the food.

Everyone will still have the opportunity to purchase shirts at our trunk or treat and tree lighting.

Due to weather we will not be having the band or outdoor event tomorrow. We will be in the hall from 2-4pm offering limited fried chicken plates (here or to go) and selling Gumboro shirts. Stop by and help us unload food and shirts!
