Learn practical self-defense techniques, situational awareness, and personal safety strategies you can use in everyday life. Whether you’ve taken a self-defense class before or this is your first, you’ll leave with skills and confidence you can carry with you.

Ready to take your involvement on the Gulf Coast to the next level? Applications are now open for the 2027 Board of Directors, including a seat representing Coast Young Professionals (CYP)!

Serving on the Board is an opportunity to help shape the future of the Chamber, connect with business and community leaders, and have a voice in the issues and programs impacting our Coast.
