Live Creation Music & Art Foundation is raising funds for our Healing the Mind and Soul with Music, Art, & Dance Therapy Program for kids and teens!

We have a tremendous mental health crisis facing today's youth. Poor mental health conditions among children and teens are on the rise, especially with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and an alarming trend toward su***de. In fact, su***de is now recognized as the second leading cause of death among Americans between 7 and 24 years of age (University Hospitals, 2020). It breaks our hearts that so many children are suffering and don't have any positive coping skills to deal with all the stress and problems life throws our way.

That is why we created our Healing the Mind and Soul with Music, Art, and Dance Program. Our classes focus on music, art, and dance therapy for underprivileged children, at-risk youth, and those with disabilities or poor mental health. The benefits of music, art, and dance therapy are astounding. The powerful abilities of these therapies are proven to improve a person’s well-being by improving confidence, mood, communication skills, independence, self-awareness and awareness of others, concentration, and attention skills. It is an alternative to other types of therapy, such as counseling or cognitive behavioral therapy (Medical News Today, 2020). Our talented Instructors have first hand experience using music, art, and dance therapy to improve mental and physical health.

It is our #1 priority to share our mission and artistic gifts to help the well-being of future generations. In order to provide this amazing program to our students, we need YOUR HELP!

Our fundraising goal is $5,000.

By empowering and educating younger generations to create music and art, we have the ability to help hundreds of children as well as uplift the community. Please take part in this exciting opportunity so that we all can make a big impact by helping save a child's life and improve their overall well-being!

We are also having an instrument drive! Our students are in dire need of musical instruments. If you have a used instrument just sitting in your closet without being played for years, please donate it to a child that will play it! (All instruments needed).

Instrument Drive will be held Sept. 30th 2023 at The IceHouse located at 4901-C 8th Ave S., Gulfport, FL 33707.
