As some of you may know, Dennis Weiland, JATC Training Director, will be retiring. The apprenticeship committee is currently looking for a new training director. They are accepting resumes at this time. The deadline to submit a resume is October 1st @ 5:00 pm. Interviews will be conducted October 10th & 15th. If you or a fellow 903 member are interested in this position, please email your resume to [email protected]. All resumes will be reviewed by the apprenticeship committee.

Local Union 903 will be selling the 2020 Chevy Impala. This vehicle will be sold through a sealed bid process. You may contact the hall to have the form emailed to you. The minimum bid is $7,500.00. The Impala has 129,692 miles, cosmetic damage to the front and transmission troubles (shutters between 1st & 2nd gear is what we have noticed). It is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Bids may be mailed into:

All bids will be opened, read out and accepted at the Union Meeting on July 9, 2024. If the winning bidder is not present at the Union Meeting, the winning bidder will be notified by phone on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. Full payment must be made by 4:00 pm Thursday, July 18, 2024. Payment by cash or certified check (made payable to Local Union 903) only. Otherwise, vehicle may be sold to the next highest bidder. **If the minimum bid is not met, it will then be listed to the public for sale.**

Don't forget that iur 2024 Saltwater Inshore Slam is tomorrow, Saturday, May 18th. Food will be ready at noon. We have a bounce house for the kids, corn hole boards, horse shoes, LIVE Entertainment from 4-9 by Hank Berumen and just a good time to be had by all. We hope everyone will come out to join us.
