Tristan Weekley participated in the Code Genius Student Showcase. He is the son of Mario and Trenisha Weekley. He is a 5th grader who attends Biloxi Upper Elementary School and is involved in the Robotics Club. He enjoys solving problems, creating his own comic books, and playing video games. He wants to be an animator when he grows up. He says he learned how to animate and how to make shapes with code through Code Genius.

Many thanks to Dr. Jacqueline M. Jackson! She was one of the Code Genius instructors this semester. Dr. Jackson is the Interim Chair of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering & Computer Science at Jackson State University. She has over 20 years of experience in Higher Education. Dr. Jackson received her BS Degree in Computer Science from Jackson State University and her MS and PhD in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Auburn University.
