A non-Profit organization of active and retired firefighters and community volunteers. We serve as volunteers when needed for events and fundraisers.

We are a group of members from the community whose mission is to support the Gulf Shores Firefighters and their families. There is no membership fee and as a volunteer you decide the areas where you want to give of your time.

The golf tournament is our biggest fundraiser of the year, supporting the Gulf Shores Fire Rescue Association, which is dedicated to supporting our local GSFR firefighters and their families. ❤️🚒

Gulf Shores Fire Rescue will host its annual 9/11 Stair Climb on Sunday, September 7, at 8 a.m. The morning will begin at West Gulf Place for a short memorial gathering on the Town Green, and the stair climb will take place immediately after at Phoenix Gulf Shores.

All community members are welcome to attend this event. Participation is FREE, but everyone who donates $25 or more will receive an event t-shirt.

📍 Beachfront Memorial Service – Gulf Place Town Green
📍 Stair Climb Challenge – Phoenix Gulf Shores, 801 W Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁:
Join us as we come together to remember the 343 first responders and 2,996 civilians who lost their lives on September 11, 2001. This powerful day of reflection and action honors their sacrifice and supports our local heroes.

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲:
8:00 AM – Beachfront Memorial Service
A solemn tribute to the lives lost, their courage, and the families they left behind.
9:00 AM – Stair Climb Tribute

Climb in remembrance; symbolically retracing the 110 floors FDNY firefighters faced at the World Trade Center. All fitness levels welcome; no gear required.

Parking available across the street at Ike’s Beach Service (800 W Beach Blvd).

The 9/11 Stair Climb is more than a workout; it’s a tribute. We honor those who gave everything, and we strengthen the bonds between Gulf Coast first responders and the communities they protect. Together, we remember, we honor, and we serve.
