The countdown is on for Halloween!
We are excited to have Light Bright Events and Rika's Tacos back again this year for our event. We are also happy to welcome Mikey's Gongshow Kitchen and Sweet Love Ice Cream. With the recent sprinkler repair we had done earlier this year, we will be putting the food trucks at the front of the neighborhood in between the islands so we don’t do any damage to them by having vehicles pull into the grass.
Halloween falls on a Saturday this year so we are expecting a larger turnout.
We have received the approval from the county to shut off the neighborhood again, so the community will be blocked off to traffic starting at 6:00pm sharp. Residents will have to show their IDs to security on site in order to be let in between 6pm and 9pm. The community will reopen at 9pm.
SRCSO will be on site to provide additional crowd control. Please tell your guests to park at the Tiger Point Park or on your property. The grass in front of the retention ponds will be blocked off again due to the recent sprinkler repairs. We need the streets to be clear as much as possible for walkers. Golf carts will be permitted with drivers over 18 years old. Also, No E-Bikes or E-Scooters will be permitted.

I am reaching out to ALL residents of Victorian Village, Sterling Point, and Tiger Point! We need the community to SHOWUP at the BOCC meeting tomorrow, Thursday 26th @ 5:00pm at 6495 Caroline St. in Milton! We have to stop the Conditional Use Application #2026-8-CU!

This tower is not going to help the citizens of our neighborhood, it is going to hurt our neighborhood! They are going to put the 150ft tower in a pond designed for storm water runoff. That means a 50x50 concrete pad and footers that go about 60ft deep with concrete! That means the water that pond is designed to handle to keep us from flooding is going to go somewhere! Its not only going to increase flooding risks, there is also the debris risk during storms, water contamination risk when the generators flood and the diesel and oil from them come out into the water, the noise from the generators constantly turning on and off! This will also drop your property value anywhere from 5-20% within 1,500ft of this tower!

People show up for your community and stand up for your property and the safety of your home! Take an hour out of your day to go to the meeting and tell the Commissioners to VOTE NO on this!

Irrigation Maintenance Update:

Great News! Eden Gardens has completed 99% of the irrigation system! They will be back once the City is done working on Pennsylvania. We will have to assess the damage caused by the City on the irrigation system in that area and come to an agreement on the City fixing what they damaged.

Now we are working on getting quotes for the beautification landscaping for next years budget! Thank you all for your patience during this rebuilding process!
