Quick Communication Update:
• As you have noticed by now, the rotted privacy fences around the retention ponds have been removed. We cannot do anything with the chain link fence as that is County property.
• The board has been working on getting quotes to repair/replace the irrigation systems in the common areas. Once we get the irrigation back up and running we can get quotes for landscaping upgrades as requested by several homeowners. This is going to be in phases so we do not deplete our bank account.
• The transition to the new property Managment company is still in progress and should be finalized by the end of this month.
• Once we are fully onboard with the new property Management company we will reach out to the Santa Rosa County Traffic Division to request more speed bumps in the neighborhood and the road repainted at the stop signs.
