Our Lodge
Mt. Kineo Lodge #109 was organized by several local community minded men and authorized by the Grand Lodge of Maine in May of 1861, to form a new Masonic lodge in Abbot, Maine. In 1899, the lodge was relocated to Guilford to a large frame building housing the French & Elliot store,Guilford Post Office, Odd Fellows and several other fraternal groups of the day. Since 1999, we are now located in our own building at 2 Park Street in Guilford. The lodge exists to promote fellowship and character among the brethren and to provide service to our community. Some of our service projects and contributions include Bikes for Books, Project Graduation, Scholarships, Widows Program, Christmas Santa Project, and providing funds for the Piscataquis River Festival parade. We strive to make good men better.
