Middle East Crisis Committee (MECC) The Middle East Crisis Committee is a Peace and Human Rights organization based in Connecticut, USA that has been around for over forty years. Viva Palestina!

We started in response to the Israeli invasion of Lebanon and its miserable treatment of Palestinians. The Middle East Crisis Comittee (MECC) is a group of activists in the struggle for peace and justive that have been fighting for the rights of Palestinians and oppressed people of the Middle East since the 1982 invasion of Lebanon. Currently we are engaged in several projects. We run a weekly TV

program called The Struggle Video News. You can access our content on the main page here. We also campaign for divestment from Israel. We are currently calling on state governments, unions, institutional investors, and others to divest thier funds from the state of Israel. Information on the Dump Israel Bonds campaign can be found here. We are avid supporters of Palestinian Rights and oppose the current blockade of Gaza. We recently organized a fundraiser as part of the US Boat to Gaza campaign. Middle East Crisis Committee (MECC) is also a 501c3 Non-profit organization. We appreciate and accept donations .
