‼️‼️39TH FSM INDEPENDENCE DAY GUAM ‼️‼️

Theme:Kamorale : Navigating the currents of diversity and winds of unity.
This celebration started out with our innovation by Pastor Marcus. Then the three flags swung , the US , GUAM AND FSM flags. Our three anthems were sung by our FSm association committee kids alongside with ACG Johnny Silbanuz. The MC is the VP Sam Ilesgum. Many speeches and remarks were made including our Honorable Governor Lou leon Guerrero, Congressman Moylan and our very own FSM President His Excellency Wesley W. Simina. They were plaques also presented to the governors office, congressman’s office , Office of the president and Legislature. After our keynote speaker Elizabeth Rutun M.A Uog from yap did her speech , our admirals also had their time. Our interim president Janise M Freddy did the closing ceremony for the program. After lunch, we had a awards ceremony for the Fsm mini games. This was sponsored by FAS athletic club. The participants are elated with their trophies and awards.
The four states also did their performances. They had live sakau pounding too.
After this, they had the Micronesian all around games between states. It was very exciting, some of them forgot how to grate the coconut.
Overall, the fsm community did a great job. We had vendors from Fas. We had also tablers including DpHSs, Mrcoss,And Thank you to our special sponsors🙏🏻
