This season all NYSO players are honoring a long time volunteer coach to the program who passed away last summer. All jerseys have a LB basketball wings in honor of Lance Blackburn.

Also, big thanks to Seguin Print Shop for making our jerseys, coaches, and referee shirts this season.

🏀🏀 NYSO NIGHT 🏀🏀
Friday, January 30th is NYSO night at the varsity basketball games at the new high school.

Varsity girls play at 6:15. Sr night.
Varsity boys play at 7:30.

Players that wear their jerseys get in free to the games and all NYSO players will be on the court during *varsity boys game* player announcements.

Come out and support your NYSO referees as they play.

Parents, please check your email, including your junk folder. We have coaches emailing about practice schedules and the upcoming season.

Most of the seniors start practice tomorrow. Everyone else, we’ll see you Wednesday.

Coaches have been provided team rosters and are squaring away gym practice times. They should be contacting parents this week so be sure to check email, texts, and/or phone calls.

LITTLE DRIBBLERS:
your first practice for all 1st & 2nd graders is Wednesday, December 3rd at Navarro Intermediate at 6pm. Parents & coaches please be there around 5:30pm as we need assistance setting up the hanging basketball hoops for practices. We will also need assistance with taking them down and returning the gym back to normal for school the next day.

🏀🏀 Final Assessment Sunday 🏀🏀

We will be conducting one finally assessment Sunday, November 23.

Junior boys & girls 1-2pm
Senior boys & girls 2:30-3:30pm

Following assessments, teams will be created for all divisions, including Little dribblers. Once teams are formed, coaches will be reaching out during the upcoming week.

🏀🏀 Assessments/Clinic 🏀🏀

The first of 3 assessments will be Saturday, November 15 9-10:30am at Navarro high school gym & event center

These are for Juniors (3 & 4th grade) and Seniors (5 & 6th grade) boys & girls

Little dribblers (1 & 2nd grade) do not have an assessment. Coaches will be contacting you shortly with practice times.

Wednesday, November 19 6-8pm
Sunday, November 23 12-2pm
