*Faith Moving Mountains*
You've heard it said and sum have even read it in the Word that with faith as small as a mustard seed you say to one mountain to be moved from here to there and it shall, well as always while in the mountains the Lord and I were having a good time, when I noticed something, a certain thing I have always seen, because it's always been there, in the pictures below y'all can see it too..let me explain a little, the first photo is of the mountain side, overtime it has started to roll down, its actually created a beautiful flat where we put our tent, the reason this occurrence is taking place is because of a spring that runs out of the base of the mountain and across the road to where it meets a valley creek this spring you'll see this spring shaped like a y in pic 2&3 now the spring water is awesome, healthy, but the creek is formed from sum old auger mines, along with the runoff from top of mtn after it rains, now this creek isn't healthy and will dry up in the summer, the spring still runs but it being only 1 source of water it doesn't fill valley enough to keep creek flowing, but it doesn't have to, the water does reach the tree and plant life through the ground as it runs over hill into valley as you see in the final picture, now what I saw here was Faith, this little spring is faithful to keep pushing forward till it comes up and then through the other side, as it does this it takes a little of that big ol mtn with it, you see a mustard seed isn't no good without it's mtn or dirt and that little seed can't bloom unless it is watered, and with those ingredients it can bloom and flourish into a huge plant, another thing I want to point out is that in the valley creek, even when water is not flowing it's muddy, and stinky because of all the leaves limbs dirt/coal that is rotten because the murky water has flowed and stopped only to flow and stop again, it's soft and if you aren't careful you'll sink up in places, now the spring isn't the same, the very base where it comes out is a little soft, but where it flows across the road the rock are all that's there and even they look clean white and grey because the water has consistently washed them, and if your thirsty you can kneel down and get a drink , now what all of this did was put that a little different perspective on that one verse in Matthew 17, and it ties together with a couple more verses, ---->John 4:14 KJV
But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life., So just kneel down and take a drink from Jesus,John 7:38 KJV He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. Then youll have the flow that is faithful to move mountains and get you across to the other side, where you can overflow into the other areas that haven't been watered, or washed by the water of the word, exactly what it is needed for the other areas of life to come or spring forth into abundant Life, so even when you think you have no faith or it is running a little low just think of the spring, and it's faithfulness to just keep pushing till it moves up then goes out, and we should all be doing this, I do believe that this would preach...lol,
