Play & Learn childcare is temporarily closed this evening due to a COVID-related staff shortage.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to maintain safe staffing levels for our childcare program.

Each Wednesday, we’re highlighting the classes, instructors, and communities that make Wellness at the Y so special.

✨ Y Tread is our spotlight class of the week! This 30-minute, cardio-focused class is guided by a coach to help you learn how to pace yourself through challenging cardio intervals using treadmills and ellipticals. Get ready to move, build endurance, and finish strong!

What a wonderful day we had with the Family YMCA Group Exercise Instructor Team! The L.E.A.D. Training Event brought together an amazing group of instructors from across the CSRA who truly love what they do at the Y! ❤️

We also had the opportunity to spend time with Jamila Greene from Les Mills, who shared valuable education with us and then put us through an incredible Ceremony HYROX workout! Thank you Jamila, for the education, energy, encouragement, and FANTASTIC workout! You definitely brought the heat! 🔥

So grateful for this amazing team and the opportunity to learn, grow, and sweat together! 🧡💙
