SET Hoops is a non-profit athletic organization based in Groves, TX. We exist to empower the lives of youth in grades 3 to 12 through excellence not only in basketball, teamwork, and competition but also in character, discipline, and personal development. We believe that "together we will" equip our players to be strong and Godly leaders in their lives, families, schools, and communities. Hoops is

an independent summer basketball program entering its 6th season after 5 years of investing in over 300 youth across 10 school districts in the Southeast Texas area. The Hoops season runs from May through August and is made possible through the support of our sponsors, donors, families, and community.

Confidence, decision-making, leadership, and basketball IQ are all built over time through repetition, coaching, and experience. That’s why we focus on long-term growth instead of short-term results alone. ↗️

We believe athletes grow best in environments where they are challenged AND encouraged… at the same time!

Our coaches correct mistakes, teach with patience, and celebrate progress along the way. Players need accountability, but they also need confidence!
