Central Coast Exchange Club

Central Coast Exchange Club Nonprofit Organization serving South County, San Luis Obispo, California (aka the Five Cities) for over 40 years For more: www.NationalExchangeClub.org.

For over 41 years, the CENTRAL COAST EXCHANGE CLUB has been active in building relationships and partnering with other local organizations to raise funds, participate in a variety of community projects and activities, provide volunteers where needed, and make donations to as many of our local charities as we possibly can throughout the year. We take pride in getting involved everywhere we can! Com

mitted to our values by helping our community, our veterans, and especially our youth and their families, with a focus on child abuse prevention as well as targeting all other needs in the South SLO County area. We do our best to support a minimum of 10-20 organizations on the Central Coast each year depending on funding. All the funds we raise go directly back into our community and are split between the charities we support each year, and we are always welcoming more to come to our meetings to present the needs of their organization. The CENTRAL COAST EXCHANGE CLUB is just one charter among the widely acclaimed National Exchange founded in 1911. Exchange is made up of community-level clubs, Districts, and the National headquarters. Currently, there’s over 300 groups like ours across the U.S. with an aligned focus on our 3 Core Values:

Commitment to Family – Strive to help the well-being of all our families across America through community services and other activities. Commitment to our Community – Exchange is unique, where clubs have the flexibility to structure projects targeting needs of our individual communities rather than being tied to a single cause. Commitment to Country – Proud to join in supporting our veterans and other civic groups in promoting Americanism. As one, we’re striving together to inspire communities to become a better place; working towards the vision of a stronger America, safe communities, and unified people. The Central Coast Exchange Club is 16 members strong. A small but mighty group heavily involved in our community; investing their time to make a difference. VISION STATEMENT: A strong America, safe communities, and unified people. Exchange, inspiring communities to become better places to live. Exchange is comprised of •More than 650 local-level Exchange Club throughout the United States and in Puerto Rico•Nearly 20,000 dedicated members serving their communities•11 regions and 30 districts working alongside The National Exchange Club Headquarters to help clubs serve communities and uphold Exchange’s Mission.

🛠️ Investing in Our Youth! 🤝

The Central Coast Exchange Club is proud to present a donation to Jim Bergman at "Their Place"!

"Their Place" does amazing work teaching local teenagers valuable hands-on skills and trades. Our donation helps provide essential equipment for the youth in this program.

Together, we’re helping build a brighter future for our local youth! 🌟

Community Care Spotlight

Recently, South SLO County Womenade was able to help support a local neighbor who is currently experiencing homelessness and preparing to transition into supportive housing through Balay Ko on Barca.

One important requirement for the housing program was maintaining current vehicle registration and insurance. While actively searching for employment, this individual needed assistance covering one month of car insurance in order to keep moving forward toward stable housing.

Womenade was able to provide $67.15 in support for an Allstate insurance payment while the client continues working with a case manager and seeking employment.

Sometimes small acts of support can help remove barriers and create momentum toward stability, safety, and hope.

Thank you for helping us care for local neighbors in need.
