We are a community of Moms and Dads who've come together to fight for a cure for childhood cancer. We do this in honor of a local child with cancer we couldn't save. Eight year-old Sam Jeffers grew up in Grover Beach with his parents and two siblings. Sam was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer in September, 2012. He was sweet and smart and precious and Sam’s family was helpless to save him. He

passed away at his home in the early morning hours of October 20, 2013. That’s where YOU come in. Maybe, with your help, we can save someone else’s child, and, dually, honor Sam’s memory.
